Studio Pulse proudly serves our community with a variety of dance classes for ages two-adult, from recreational, to competitive and pre-pro.

Youth Programs

Classes for ages 2-18 that prepare students to thrive in professional, collegiate, and team environments, regardless of where dance takes them.

From Parent & Me to Pointe, our programs are carefully crafted with technical and artistic growth in mind.

Students love the variety of classes that help them become a well-rounded, confident dancer!

Competition Teams

This is not your regular dance class! Competition teams provide students meeting minimum enrollment requirements with exciting opportunities to work hard collectively and strive to perform at their very best. Ideal for the dancer who is deeply passionate, highly motivated, and seeking a fun challenge. By audition or invitation only.

Street Style Dance Teams

We've introduced Competiton Hip Hop Teams! The street division is led by long time Anchorage dance educators and coaches Cherish DeBord and Toby Carrillo.
Teams meet once weekly at our Annex, and are available for ages 9-adult. By audition or prior approval only.

Open Division
at The Annex

Adult and teen dance, yoga, and fitness classes are open to anyone in the community seeking a welcoming space to explore movement. From drop-in classes to progressive multi-week ballet and hip hop series, there truly is something for everyone!

*All open division classes must be reserved online, and are held at our neighboring Annex location.

Company

Studio Pulse Center for Dance is home to Pulse Dance Company, a non-profit adult contemporary dance company founded in 2010. The Company hosts multiple shows annually, including a holiday production that Studio Pulse students and Anchorage community members are invited to audition for.
